How long is the hair?
A pack of braiding hair is 48 inches long, (most braiding is done with the hair folded in the middle, making it 24 inches). The custom sets and ponytail extensions are 24 inches.

How do I install the hair?
Check out our TikTok @electricbraids where we have lots of tutorials on how to braid hair and install hair. If you have any questions you can email us or DM us on Insta @electricbraids.

Do you have more colors available?
Currently we only have our listed inventory, but if you email or DM us we can work to help source your favorite color in 2-4 weeks

How can I book an appointment with you?
You can book an appointment with us by navigating to the braiding styles and pricing/book page in the menu options.

How long do the made to order sets take to ship?
The made to order sets take 1-3 weeks to create and are shipped as soon as they are done. You will recieve tracking once they are shipped :)

Can I use heat tools on the hair?
Yes! On low heat settings < 200 deg f. Our hair is heat and tangle resistant :)
